  1. What did you do to your Supra today?

And probably way cheaper than my OEM no choice $1000 ones the car came with šŸ˜
  2. DarkZupra's Build

Wow. Iā€™m only 6 feet tall. So it works for me. Those two cars, what a perfect combo. The Supra is plenty of power (torque) mated to that lightning fast ZF transmission. Then hop in that tossable GR86, BRZ, MX5 with a manualā€¦. driving bliss. Happy for you man!!
  3. OEM rear brake pads worn in less than 25k miles (40k km)

If the rotors arenā€™t significantly worn & driving in town, Iā€™d keep driving on them. Look for the nanny (TC or VCS) dash light in the upper right corner. It will flash on & off quickly. You should see it in your peripheral field of vision. If that is happening under normal driving conditions...
  4. DarkZupra's Build

Dudeā€¦. double the fun šŸ¤© I have the same driveway as you, Supra & manual MX5. But thatā€™s where it abruptly stops šŸ˜ž That garage šŸ¤¤ šŸ˜‚
  5. What did you do to your Supra today?

Good job cramming in so much under 2.5 mins! Needs an intro page (other than black screen), delete the how to put on gloves, definitely music change šŸ˜– (if looking for more hits), and any shots of the final product? Love to see how she turned out! Great job šŸ‘ Is that hood functional? Beats...
  6. The Official Australian WAITING FOR MY SUPRA Thread

:offtopic: Just watched Anyone But You with my daughter (free on Netflix here). Ainā€™t gonna lie. For advertising, I kinda want to go now. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt26047818 1) Is Sydney that clean and nice? 2) Are helicopter rides free if youā€™re a dumbass and jump of boats or cliffs into...
  7. ā–ŗ Official APEX Wheels Showroom Gallery Thread

You mean something like these? https://apexwheels.com/accessories/wheel-stud-kits/apex-m14x125mm-a90-gr-supra-5-lug-wheel-stud-kit https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-641936-wheel-stud-conversion-kit It is a hellofa lot more convenient changing tires
  8. Battery Replacement

Drive your car often and itā€™s not really an issue. But great if youā€™ve got multiple cars or they sit for a bit. https://themotorguy.com/how-long-can-a-car-battery-remain-unused-insights-and-tips
  9. A90 Supra Brake Pads / Rotors / Fluid

Nosa. No issues. Perhaps colder weather and letting the car sit after rain? I drive my car at least once per week, live in the subtropics šŸ„µ and sheā€™s garaged. She sees plenty of water. Dynamic Friction Geospec rotors and any race pad have been fine. *(looking for an excuse to throw up...
  10. Manual Supra vs Porsche 968

Sad to hear. I absolutely love the ZF transmission on this car.
  11. Installed Eibach Z4 3.0 lower springs .8” drop

More negative camber keeps you away from the fender (hood). Thatā€™s where a lot of people rub when lowered. Then you have to make sure youā€™re not rubbing on the inside, lol. Definitely an art to getting it just right. Depending on how fast you go and at which track.
  12. What did you do to your Supra today?

I bet!! Yeah that didnā€™t look too bad. He scrubbed off a lot of speed, 100 to about 50, no airbags and those barriers looked flexible. At least it wasnā€™t a concrete wall šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø
  13. @mkvpham 2020 Supra Build

Lookin good! Glad ur back on track :flame: Verkline or SPL?
  14. How are your Supras holding up from going to the track? Is it a good platform?

    Verkline šŸ˜ https://verklineusa.com/collections/toyota-gr-supra-a9x
  15. A90 Supra Brake Pads / Rotors / Fluid

Hawk DTC60/30 are great pads for track and town. Definitely more dust with increased stopping power but can squeal if youā€™re worried about that (in town). Iā€™ve been mainly on that combo for 2 years & no issues. Lots of rain down here in SWFL as well. It sure beats changing the pads all the time...
  16. A90 Supra Brake Pads / Rotors / Fluid

Itā€™d be overkill if not tracking. Otherwise, great fluid to keep in all the time. It has such a high wet temp you could change it annually before your track season. Which happens to be summer for you, winter for me šŸ˜
  17. What did you do to your Supra today?

Hopefully driver error and not design
  18. How are your Supras holding up from going to the track? Is it a good platform?

I canā€™t speak for Brian ofc but the design was updated. I had mine replaced. Some customers had to pay for the redesign: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/spl-front-lower-control-arm-clearance-issue.19264/page-2 Like anything you track, you have to check the car (& parts) more often. Youā€™ll be...
  19. Anyone in SoCal have AWE Race Catback with a downpipe?

If track driving only, trailer to track, maybe you can get away with it? For an idea, my AWE track with catless dp can set off Tesla alarms at my work parking garage. Itā€™s insanely loud. Now I only take her there on the weekends. Even when not in close quarters, say in quiet neighborhoods, Iā€™ll...
  20. How are your Supras holding up from going to the track? Is it a good platform?

I came from the other end of the spectrum, MX5 & S2000, that would go all day, down here in the summers. Regardless, this car should fit the bill for you. The OEM power (and catless downpipe in my case) Supras do happy hour or HPDE sessions no problem. Iā€™ve personally done multiple full to empty...
