The tensioner is good. What you see on the first video is the pulley have loosened from the harmonic damper. This is what causing the slipping.

How does the manifold sit against the engine cylinder head? If you tighten it with all the bolts (but not that rear bracket) would it sit properly with a tight seal against the head?

I'm not familiar with the CSF manifold, but in the installation manual for the Do88 manifold, it shows how to space out the wiring harness bracket.

I wedge'd it behind the firewall protective cover. The fuel hoses alone are strong enough to keep it it place.

Just using a standard cheap siphon pump. It does the trick. Dont need anything fancy.
