Got my PMU Club Racers over the weekend. Finally time to get off my ass and put them on along with front lcas. Out of curiosity, what sort of lifespan should I expect from these? I won't be going full send until I get a bit of seat time so I'm hoping these will last me a bit.

The heavier knob helps but you don't need to go super heavy either. I run the Raceseng Nitro which is only 317g and I could tell the difference. For me, shifts from 2->3 were not smooth if trying to shift quickly and the knob alone helped me improve this. The rest of the shifts are smoother too...

I think that I've seen 8k RPM as well for the limit that folks are willing to push it. With this engine not having a square bore to stroke ratio I don't think that it's ideal to even go past 7.5k RPM unless you are putting in forged components and can do some balancing to make sure it's safe...

Were the TPMS and valves properly installed? May seem like something trivial but if they get overtightened the seals can sometimes get pinched or torn causing a leak.

For those still looking at getting the PMU Clubracer pads I placed my order on 03/20 and was told they should ship late April to early May. Not sure if anyone who ordered late last year has been given an update but hopefully they start shipping soon. Maybe I'll get mine in 2 weeks.

I wonder if you could use wire instead to give you the clearance you need or go a bit under the actuator without rubbing. Maybe even making a loop that goes to the DP clamp then back to the blanket.

For those still looking to get a 4" DP I'd suggest contacting ETS for a catless option. I'm pretty sure they would still make one for you but they are probably avoiding all the legal implication of having it as an option in the website. I picked up the ETS 4" catted one cuz I'm not tuning yet...
