I went with OP to get the car new! Probably because he happens to be my neighbor lol! It was delivered and drove home with all the plastics and everything. What a memorable night!
I can also attest for the PPF job. The shop does an amazing job and worth every penny. Iāve done two of my cars...
I placed a deposit for one and Iām 10th in line. Official pricing is supposed to be released September 7th. And then those with a deposit will be able to drive a demo car in November. And then builds/orders open in December. Once an order is placed deposit is no longer refundable.
Iām stoked...
Sorry if this has been posted before I donāt really frequent the forums everyday but I found out a new model by ACME is available for pre-order. Not much is known about the exact model...not even sure if doors will open...but ACME makes pretty good models and this one looks like itās a part of a...
Haha the ā16 was a regular BRZ special color, the ā18 was the tS which was a surprise that Subaru released here. Then I sold the ā18 tS to get the Supra.
Then I took advantage of peak trade-in values to get out of the GTI Lease early and get back into a BRZ, the 2020 tS. It also helps that I...
I'd want to see a poll or survey from actual MKV owners about how they'd feel about their car being a manual or the powerplant with a manual.
While manual cars are more enjoyable in the element of driving experience, I personally feel that a manual is much more suited for a car with a more...
Nope, but then again thereās other factors that wouldāve influenced my decision. If the Supra was a daily driver and my only car then Iād get the car with Driver Assist Package.
This is my first car with all the driving assist features and I was pretty indifferent toward them. The blind spot monitoring/lane change assist is helpful (although the vibrating wheel kinda throws me off). The parking assist/proximity warning is sensitive and annoying though.
The Front...
I like and respectfully appreciate the driving experience that the BRZ offers. When I had to contemplate which would make a better weekend car, I chose the Supra because I asked myself which car would I rather have in doses. The Supra was the car I could enjoy more when driven little by little...
The story of how I bought my '20 Supra is kind of funny. I was so curious about the marked-up pricing I started calling dealers around and asking what their pricing was. As we all know most of them said 20-25k over MSRP. A few of them had "auction style bidding" ...very few in my area had...

Travis: The first time I drove the six- cylinder, last year, it was on pristine roads and at Lime Rock Park, a smooth track. I dug it. But Iāve driven it since, and the chassis and suspension just donāt react...

They donāt need to sell more, they just need to sell as much as Toyota/BMW makes.
In a span of one year Iāve seen like 10. And this is in San Francisco/Bay Area.
I still get cars pulling up next to me on the highway just to glance at the car. Still get peace signs and thumbs up. Itās a little...
