    Most likely, you are kicking in TCS all the time. Driver's with drifting or rally driving style will yield TCS to kick in. if this was parking brake issue, I believe it will have different code.

    Glue is not necessary. however, you might need to transfer shims from original pad to new if it doesn't come with new pads. Also, you should put very light amount of high temp grease to where pad touches caliper.

    On OE Brake pads, it really depends on driver's ability. Mine lasted about a season consist of 15 events /w 2~3 days each.
