Sorry… I had it in my head that NV was a sales-tax free (0%) state. I should have used OR or MT in my example.

“OTD” is nice to know from a buyer’s perspective, but it’s useless for this forum. I.E. are we talking about a price with 10% sales tax added in CA or a price with 0% sales tax added in NV? So in the case of $71K OTD, was that A91-MT priced at $64K with 10% tax or was it priced at $71K?

My mirrors are set to auto fold when locking the car. Does the cover handle the fold-in okay?

At least you have the good plates. The car and taking up two spaces is all fine… but the Husky plates almost negate that.

Reach out to Vancouver Toyota. They’re the highest volume dealer in WA now. I’m sure their list is long, but I think they often see more allocations.

Congrats. Pulled my deposit back from them when I got a crack at a CU Later from another dealer. I’m guessing I was right behind you on allocation.

I learned stick on an S2000 as a teen. Spoiled me for manuals after. It’s been a decade since driving the S2000, but the Supra feels the closest I’ve been to it since.

I’m still working through learning 2nd gear. Agree that it’s all nice and smooth when you’re opening things up a bit. The car definitely prefers the ‘go, go, go’ over slow acceleration and shifting.

Maybe I’ll feel differently if I see some dark tint on the car, but I like how the factory tint shifts colors similarly to the paint.
