My RT660 rear tires are at 3/32 with less than 6k miles of use. I do go WOT on a regular basis though. Fronts are still doing well at 6/32 with the same 6k mileage.
If you're trying to maintain a low profile, putting the valved exhaust in normal mode is very quiet and is no louder than stock at low RPMs (2k and below). At mid and high RPMs, normal mode is a bit louder than the stock exhaust but the muffler does a good job with keeping the tone clean.

Great choice. I'm very happy with the Titan Motorsports Downpipe and Titanium Exhaust combo. The valve setup can make the exhaust quiet when driving through a neighborhood early in the morning and pretty loud when in sport mode. The valve rattle was an issue with the early version of the...
Looks like this test car is running Cup 2 tires with a 265/35/19 and 285/30/20 configuration.
The M2 and M4 also utilize a 285/30/20 rear setup (though the fronts use a 275mm tire due to the extra mass).

Here's my 40-100 and 60-130 to add to the thread. Setup is Pure800, catless downpipe, and a conservative 93 octane ECUTEK tune. From looking at the logs, boost is averaging around 19-20 psi.
I had mine set on the blank portion just before the red line on your pic. With 93 octane, I never had an issue with this setting for the year I used it.
