Hello! I’m new to the forum, this is my second 2021 A90 Supra but this one came with a Armytrix exhaust SKU TOSU3-DS33C

The car was awful quiet when I got it in both normal and sport mode. Went to the rear right muffler and noticed they the wire that goes into the valve motor was disconnected and zip tied and also melted!

I’m assuming that this system doesn’t use a OBD or remote to control the valve. I tried to reconnect the wire(dumb of me) and the car went limp, i guess because it was melted of course.

Any tips to get the normal/sport mode to work again with this aftermarket exhaust? Does anyone know the part number for that small wire? Thanks!

The exhaust plugs straight into the factory wiring. You'll probably have to go to parts dept at local dealership and see if they have a part number for the OEM wire harness.

I had to pull the retaining clips on mine and re-route the wire to get mine to reach the valve.

I bought mine used, didn't come with the extender.

I fixed the cable situation but the motor just ticks and doesn’t change the tone of the exhaust, could the valve be uncalibrated?

I barely notice a difference between the two.

I'd be tempted to just contact Akrapovic customer services and see what they say.
Mine had a failed valve and they sorted it under warranty.

I know you didn't buy it new, but still worth a call/email rather than guessing.
