Hello everyone,

After waiting for 2 years the A90 Supra CTS Turbo kit is finally out!

It's a stock location turbo that uses a completely new housing and runners, unlike the hybrid turbo options on the market. The turbine and compressor wheels are based on the GTX3582r design.

It costs $2600 and comes with all the lines you need as well as a 4" turbo inlet. It's currently available exclusively through Titan Motorsports.

Let's see how they perform once customers start receiving them! It would be nice if we could keep the thread going with reviews, experiences, dyno numbers, dragy times, etc...

Hello everyone,

I wanted to do a quick write up on the CTS BOSS Turbo kit that's releasing in about 2 weeks. I've been waiting for this turbo for a while and here is all the info I was able to collect so far.

It's going to be a stock location turbo that uses a completely new housing and runners, unlike the hybrid turbo options on the market. It will come in two different sizes, a GTX3582r design and a GTX3584rs design.

Titan has been testing them for a while now and made 900whp on the dyno all boost.

Pricing hasn't been confirmed yet but I heard it will start around $2200 with no core deposits since it's not a hybrid.

Also attached some photos.
Wondering if Titan ever had another test car. That car was wrecked awhile ago, shortly after it was tuned last year.

Only 2 port for now? Cheap for those gains, assuming I choose to run meth and have access to E75 (only E53 here). Also guessing it's utilizing oem ewg and we can choose a DP to match?

They are also working on a 6 port but the 2 port is releasing first. And yes, OEM ewg and should work with any downpipe since it's stock location.

So… what was the outcome??
Honestly have no idea... Dude deleted his IG shortly after it happened. I was really curious also, we had another local Supra that wrecked a few weeks after he did. Owner also claimed that his steering wheel locked up and was unable to avoid an accident.

I wonder if it has something to do with ECU tuning? Maybe there was some random parameter that changed in the bench unlock process?

That was my guess as well. Hence the IG deleted, wanted to hide the incriminating evidence proving ECU tampering.

Obviously can't confirm that, but would be curious to know for sure. If it was an actual defect...that's terrifying.

That's a good point. If it was determined that it was someone else's fault, he probably would've been shouting it from the mountaintops. But the silence is deafening in this situation.

In a case of a steering wheel lock during use, couldn't one pursue legal charges against Toyota?

I don’t think you’ll have a good case against Toyota considering you’ve tampered with the vehicles ECU.
