Hmm What AM I driving?
And sadly, this is exactly what led to the demise of NASIOC. A bunch of megolmaniacs that have the patientice of a toddler.
Unfortunately its a generational thing, where the younger folks must feed off of the constant flow of info, good or bad... The internet is truly the downfall of mankind...
AS much as we Enjoy the younger folks and their random post.#sarcasm I don't need to mention who... it's actually the older guys that are super stuck in their ways. having nothing nice to say and just generally makes things negative. I think this forums would be a better place if those people just stop coming. it's obvious Toyota/BMW isn't going to build the car they want, and it's not going to be 100% Japanese, their whining is exasperating.I don't think I need to mention which two...

Back on topic I think there's a big reason why the interior is very covered up in this particular car and I'm willing to bet it's missing panels and other items. As far as my opinion is concern this is probably a prototype in the battleship dazzle changed into the A90 GR colors.

How do you like that, coming from an older guy....

Back on topic anyway, car looks boss! I am really excited for the release.

Any reason why it's currently in the US? I am presuming it'll be presented to head of Toyota in the US?

So this still has the big ol dual-pipe exhaust, but (perhaps its just the angle?) but it looks like it has a standard diff, no servo mounted on the case?

I noticed that too....servo missing on this diff. Also, alot more fins on the diff than the previous shots. Interesting...

Also (not sure if this was mentioned) but the hood looks as if it has some curvature leading to vents (could be the angle or the orientation of the wrapping).

Anyone got any spy shots of this cars motor?

I think they were pretty strict about nobody getting close to the car at that event. Only low angles I found were from that same guy on Instagram

Oh yeah, the event was a Toyota Technical Center employee car show that was pre-planned, but then Toyota surprised everyone with the Supra. Pretty cool, but goshdarnit why isn't anyone that works there a member here?? Could have had an inside man!

If only we had a member there and at Goodwood... think about if the guy who got the engine shot at Goodwood actually knew what to film (or got a little closer at least)!

Honestly, he just needed to film the other side of the engine bay! That's where we may have seen the fuel lines/fuel rail, intake manifold etc etc

Figures that the one weekend I don't look at the forum the Supra comes nearby ) : I work for an automotive OEM about 1 hour away from Ann Arbor.....I saw these photos and got soo sad. If I would've seen these on Friday, I would've taken a long lunch break and tried to see if I could get close enough. So close.....yet so far away

Guff, this was what I was referring to:

Oh yeah! I noticed that too! Perhaps the hood will have a character line on either side coming from the "vent" thing and sloping inwards towards the nose/snout thingy?

I think the straight line might just be the vinyl sheets though. Need to see another angle...

yup pretty sure it was just the way it was cut...the car at Goodwood had the wrap following the line all the way to the nose
