Yup, and most likely electric water pump? No?
The water pump will be the same as the current B58 cooling unit, which is a mechanical water pump assembly as well as an auxiliary electric pump specifically for the turbo.diagrams show electric pump
The pump assembly can be seen here on the driver's side of the motor, attached to the block:
Also, that oil filter looks like it'll be a right PITA to change. Can only imagine how little space there is once the manifold is on. Also, the diagrams confirm there is no D4S, just the standard BMW DI system.
