I would be shocked if they did. Then again there was no warning when FT1 dropped. If they don't itll be back in hibernation I go on this rollout that looks to be going nowhere.

I would love to see a updated concept or even an early prototype. But with Lexus rumored to unveil the production LC I don't know if Toyota wants a new Supra concept to steal its spotlight.

One week until Detroit auto show... cmon Toyota show us an updated concept!!
Probably won't see anything Supra related because Toyota's press conference is on the second press day. If they had something exciting or important to show it would probably be on the first press day.

^ that's what I'm afraid of, unless the LC reveal is meant for the 1st day to get headlines since it will be the production version. And Toyota show an updated FT-1/Supra concept the next day and officially announce it's going into production. Just showing the world how serious they are about the getting back into the Sports car world to steal the headlines of the 2nd day and the entire show.

One can only wish!

Well that isn't 100% true. No official statement was made. But MotorTrend did write an article a month before saying expect to see a new "Supra" concept with FT-HS influences.

This teaser was also released before the official unveiling for FT-1.

Thankfully 2016 just started so this may still come true. Fingers crossed!

Are they even still showing the FT-1 anywhere? I hope not. Such a beautiful concept, it would be sad to see people walk by it and think 'meh'

I believe the red one is in a small show room in Paris France.

For me I would like for Toyota to keep showing FT-1. Not everyone can attend the major auto shows. The FT-86 concept didn't make it to the C rated Houston Auto Show until 2012 or 2013 LOL...

The problem is Toyota risks the FT-1 becoming the butt of jokes about how they keep showing the car without any updates or progress. But if they put out an updated FT-1 that would keep the buzz going nicely!

I do understand that POV, but I wanna see it bad lol. The haters are always going to hate. Would love to see a updated concept as well.

I think its safe to say their going to do it. Like with the LC there wasn't any major updates for almost 3 years.

1/12 -Its just a concept...

10/12 - Same thing just different color.

Damn how do you remember all these dates. That's reassuring to know that a long silence from Toyota doesn't mean the car isn't getting made. The first camouflaged prototype is gonna set the internet on fire.

Disappointed to not see another concept at Detroit but this is just the start of the auto show season so still plenty of shows to show it. NY Show is in April I think so maybe we see it there?
