A70, apologies if this article has already been posted elsewhere on the forum but I thought I'd ask... does the content therein more or less line up with what you're aware of so far regarding Gazoo/GR trim levels or *any* involvement of Gazoo badged as TRD in the USA market for any models at all?

Totally understand if even this isn't something you can comment on at this time.

The news just doesn't sound good for us in the States beyond standard trim levels unless the A90 will be the sole exception :/

@A70TTR Whats your take on these roumored serialized cars being shipped to Japan without drivetrains ? I know some people are getting really excited and making wild assumptions. Whats your prediction ?

Been super busy with the current project; I'll try to respond to this shortly.

Yeah, the one project was pushed back slightly because we had some issues with the engine, but both are on track now.

I think I commented on this and it got moved? Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, but either way I believe the TRD spec (if the US gets anything beyond an appearance package) will be toned down from the GRMN car. Just nature of things that side of the Pacific.

Part of it is racecar development, but there are two other pieces to it that will have to wait.

The are two versions of the story: one goes that it was being developed and maybe still is (but not for the standard model), and the other is that one of the people that relayed that info mistranslated a quote for as strong as iron being iron literally.

I believe the latter to be the case sadly.
