Hold the phone... Toyota Canada has registered GR... but in the U.S. Toyota is committed to not only using the TRD branding but may not even bring over actual GR and GRMN models (but we don't know either way on that) even badged as TRD Supras... BUT McWicked points out that the GR logo actually *was* trademarked in the U.S. prior to this...?

I'm very, very confused now.

God forbid, they better give us the best performance edition they make globally (GRMN or TRD). I will buy it, but I will be thoroughly pissed if they don't offer it in the USA.

Now introducing the TRD Supra, based off the race track version running in the Nascar circuits with no power upgrades like the GRMN edition, only decals and color to show your allegiance to the marketing BS in the USA. Reserve one today at your local Toyota dealership.

WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME TOYOTA! Lol. This is closer to the truth than the Supra getting 380hp

Don't forget Hyundai N - it may be derivative, but it's still better than Gazoo. It's obvious why Toyota North America wants to stick with TRD.
