Not as sexy as the concept, but I'll still rock it.

Mazda's current design language doesn't play well into the rebirth of the sleekness of the RX7, mainly with that front end. I still want it to happen though.

If Mazda would announce a succesor for the RX-7/8, I'm not sure which one I would pick.
Personally I liked the design of the RX7 a bit more than that of the mkIV Supra.
But the emission regulations for the future in the EU may be a k.o. criteria here.
Doesn't California have even more sticter emmision laws?
How ist that handled there?

I wouldn’t mind seeing a new rotary.

^^ Mazda will lose their window of opportunity for a Skyactiv-R RX if they don't just make it soon regardless of how many bread and butter cars they sell. I'm a fan but they have to move on it if they really want to do it.

On topic, the mention of these rumored "serialized" A90's is intriguing. Whatever they will be I hope they remain a mainstay of the A90 range throughout the entire production run. Hope we learn something concrete on them from Toyota in January.

A70TTR, I'd also love to know any of your thoughts on these but I suspect it's one of the bits that we'll have to wait a little over a month to discover.

^^ Indeed, but in the interim they’ve needed to partner with Toyota among others for some future EV tech and are full in on their Skyactiv HCCI tech. The most likely rotary from now on is said to be a very small EV range extender engine but even that is not certain.

Anyway, I don’t want to stay on the subject longer in this thread.
