All well and good for those not in work! Hope it gets recorded or similarJust got this email from Toyota. Looks like the 300 will get a live stream. Not sure if this has been sent to those on the waiting list, or is public in any way, so Ill keep the URL secret for now.
4.3s is to 100kph not to 60mph, so its 4.1 to 60 in EU spec too I guess? So the EU Supra (>3,306lbs) weights less than the US version (3,397lbs), but is slower @ 4.3 seconds?
Yup, I heard the same in the first episode.Interesting that in the episode I watched he said the brakes were ceramic, even that you have to get heat into them etc. but this episode had no mention of that.
I heard that in the first episode and a few people questioned it online so I joined another one and asked. It seems there was some confusion in the first episode and none of these first cars have ceramic brakes. However, they seemed to have experienced them from what was said in the first episode so maybe the GRMN or the race car has them?Yup, I heard the same in the first episode.
Whats the deal with it in portrait mode? Its like it was filmed on an iphone.
Shocked. Toyota marketing is usually pretty slick so having been informed in the livestream that ceramics are normally an extra 4 or 5K option on other cars but included as standard it sounds rather like this was incorrect. Poor show Toyota if that is true and the presenters weren't briefed correctly, what next, yes sir it comes with sat nav for an extra £xxxxx. Will reserve judgement until we here the official specs..I heard that in the first episode and a few people questioned it online so I joined another one and asked.
