I saw the car on Tuesday evening during setup, and it didn't add anything to what I had pieced together in my head from all the pictures I've seen. Not that I necessarily expected it to, because I've seen so many pictures, haha. It was also matte grey which isn't a great colour for the car in my opinion and does little to show off the shape of the car, plus as seen above it was mounted on an inclined display. If it had been on the floor and in a gloss colour I think it would have been a better experience. There are a few things about it that bother me more than I expected. I know it's just a part of how cars are built now, but the fake vents all over it bothered me more than I expected them to, specifically the ones on the doors. The laser/radar sensor in the grille area on the RH side also felt off-putting from a symmetry standpoint and it seems to stand out much more in real life than in photos.

Overall I am still excited for the car and will likely still be getting one, but I would probably do something about the door vents.

Does anyone know if the Supra will be at the DC Auto Show (Washington D.C) starting tomorrow?

Thank You

Yup, the door vents are the single biggest aesthetic turn off for me too. Beyond the horrible clam shell hood fitment gaps, but I'm going to give them the benefit of doubt that that won't be an issue on the real production cars.

Way too many body lines on this car.

No, I'm not going, but the Chicago Auto Show have few webcams.
There seems to be 4 Supras. Finally some additional colors for people to see in person!

https://www.chicagoautoshow.com/multimedia/web-cams/

1. Red w/ Heritage Edition Wing (I think)
2. Gray HyperBoost Edition
3. Yellow
4. Blue

Just came back from the auto show and the Supra hood latch was disabled. The hood release tab was replaced with some plastic stub. The doors were unlocked and people were free to sit inside the car.

Guessing Toyota didn't want to confuse people with all the BMW logos under the hood lol.
