Ready to pay max 55k usd
And spend 20k on kits and tuning
Maybe down the road spend little more to boost it as 700hp or even 600
I'll be super satisfied even though I did over 1000hp in my old mkiv
But got lazy now, just 600 for fun

I have a deposit down for a launch edition, but the dealer came at me with a $7k markup. What are your thoughts? How much would you pay?
MSRP max. Just a side note- the two BMW dealers in my area have 10, Z4's laying around between them. 2, 2020 M40's & 8, 2019, 4 bangers. I've been watching them for a while & they don't seem to be flying off the lots. Then again maybe they'll selling them & just replacing them, same color in the same parking spots. I'm not interested in a Z4 but one of the dealers has a matte grey - might stop by this week & take a look. The 4 bangers are MSRP $55 to 59K. The M40's are $70K. So @ say low $50's for a Supra looks like it will work for me.

I paid 5k over MSRP and do not regret it. I own #248 of 1500 and no one else gets that exact same car unless I sell it. With the LEā€™s, I think they will draw premiums over the next several weeks once people who arenā€™t price sensitive see them around and fall for them. Worst case scenario, I will be happy to drive the wheels off the car for years to come.

I'm willing to pay 4-5k over MSRP for a base premium in turbulence grey. Just to have the car and enjoy it as soon as I can justifies paying a little extra right now.

Look at how much it's been selling for on Ebay.

I searched for the sold listings on Ebay. The Green text indicate that it's sold.

While I would say up to 5k over sticker, one of the dealers that I'm on the list for (2nd on list, someone dropped off) will be at MSRP. So it'll be sticker minus trade of my 86.
Damn! Trading in the 86? May I ask why?

I'm waiting until the hype goes down. I am willing to pay 2k over sticker, I'm holding out for not having to and also being able to see my Supra when I'm signing for it I couldn't pay for something without checking it out for myself. Also super pet peeve for me is when they install the plastic front plate mount mine will be purchased before they install that. Sorry for the extra details! To be honest the ideal purchase for one of these would be a pre-owned one with 5k-10k mi. On it mid-late next year that's how you'd get it far below MSRP.
