Pretty cool, I love looking at stuff like this.

Are those plastic sway bar mounts on the rear bar? o_O

For a full race car, with a roll cage, lots of areas to steal weight back. nice. I can see hints of why this chassis is so stiff.
I'd be willing to bet that majority of the excess pork is in the interior and safety gear. Betcha this thing is around 2800lbs or less with a race interior.

This car would be insane at 2800lbs. Especially as a street car.

Put a roll cage where the subwoofers are and it will look

Hard to say. My autox mk2 Supra is 2800lbs even with quater tank of gas and in race trim. Rear seats and hatch carpet pulled, carbon hood, NA 6m. Drivetrain is probably a similar weight. The beemer i6 will be lighter but the turbo stuff, tranny and diff will be heavier. Mk5 susp is probably lighter but I'm guessing the chassis is a touch heavier. So I'd say 2800lbs +/- 50lbs.

Looks like the engine block isn't quite behind the front axle line. Shame.
