The 3 series(even the new G20) doesn't even have the option for ventilated seats, that's like a 5 series and up thing so no way you'd see them in the Supra/Z4. Heated seats have been a BMW thing forever so of course they'll have them if they are electronic seats.
My Kia has ventilated seats lol. It should still be an option on 2020

I honestly donā€™t like the way it feels, itā€™s almost like sitting a puddle to me. Iā€™m sure itā€™s ncie but I donā€™t know if it would be worthwhile for me personally.

I couldn't care any less about having heated or ventilated seats; the lack of these features are a welcome from me as it means simpler, lighter, less parts, less electronics, less plumbing, and, finally, less cost. However, ergonomics is very important to me when it comes to seating and I hope Recaro has designed and is manufacturing the seats in the Supra.
I can promise you that the seats in the new supra are fantastic! They're ultra comfortable and hold you perfectly in place.

I never had ventilated seats, so I wouldn't miss them. But heated seats are nice when you're lower back hurts.

One thing i did notice re the seats, the drivers seat was far more supportive than the passenger seat.

Also no grab handle on the passenger side :)

I could care less for ventilated seats. I had an Audi RS5 at one point and they were an option with a fuglier seat. Iā€™m not really bewildered about it ā€ā™‚

This here is the nail being hit on the head. BMW considers ventilated seats to be a high end feature and has never offered them on 3 series cars, their equivalent, or below. You always had to step up to a 5 series or better to get it. The new X3 is the first car that violates this rule but that's because it was intentionally moved upmarket. Z4 always gets 3 series equivalent feature set, and the Supra was intentionally decontented one small step further (like old-gen nav) to control the costs.

I hate the fact that BMW doesn't make perforated/ventilated leather seats. My IS has them and its the best thing on a sunny day to keep your butt cool.

Lexus makes one of the best seats in the market right now, they could have just used the seats from the RC-F :(
