Hate when Toyota does sh** like this. I remember I was gunna buy a TRD pro 4runner but found out they didn't come with a sunroof in the US, yet Canada pros had one smh. So I bought a RC350 instead and I believe now it's an option on pro 4runners for 2019.

Makes no sense to me. Canada gets a Tacoma TRD OR access cab with 6MT. Auto only in the US. But we get the double cab 6MT and they don't unless it's a Sport or TRD Pro. It's all the same shit, but they won't sell certain configurations in certain areas. I don't understand it.

My best guess is it's what the dealer ordered. Not sure how it works exactly over there, but here every dealership custom orders their cars from Toyota. For example the Land Cruiser in one dealership doesn't have any decals and only comes with the spare tire below. Another dealer a few hours away gets them only with decals and has some of them with the old school spare tire on the rear tailgate. The dealer knows what most of his customer base wants, so why risk custom ordering a few that are not as popular or too expensive to justify.

You canā€™t even choose a different wheel, or even a different color... the car is literally meant to be custom modded by the owners. They should of done something like mini or vette and give some choices to Make cars more unique to the owners
Tada 101: you'll get [redacted] if there is enough demand

Identify this interior

I found these pictures of what looks to be either the early iteration of the launch edition interior or perhaps a different global style interior. Curious if anyone has any insight because the two tone seats are pretty cool.

I think it's a rendering error. Never seen any real car that had that scheme.

Japan has two-tone seats as well, so I assume it's the Supra in a foreign region (but one that has the steering wheel on the left).

At first, I thought that might be the case as well but the Japanese seats look like they are alacantra in maybe a little bit different style? Itā€™s hard to tell from the pictures.

From what I have seen, I tend to agree with this. Iā€™ll be able to confirm soon. Iā€™m just waiting on some info from Toyota USA

Maybe I'm just not seeing something, but out of honest curiosity, what's different from the Japanese seats (a larger picture from the catalog is included below) and those in the photo in the OP?

The base seems different but maybe itā€™s just the angle.

Hrmmm I can kind of see it, but I'm not sure if it's just the angle of the picture in the catalog / the lighting and blurry quality in a lot of these photos. Look at the 5:29~5:53 mark of this video for a better shot of the seat:

Are you saying that front part of the base (i.e., the black portion of the base that is further away from the backrest) is leather in the original photo you posted whereas it's Alcantara in the Japanese version? It's kind of hard to tell from photos which material is being used sometimes. Other than perhaps that, what's in the video linked above looks like the seat in the OP to me.
