So after owning the 2020 Supra LE for two days, I've noticed some quirks on the car.
1.) After turning off the car you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds otherwise the battery will drain and die, so I would recommend unplugging anything on the USB port and the 12 volt port.
2.) Buffering starts to happen with windows down around 50 mph, gets really bad to the point when you talk with the windows down your voice sounds like you're sitting in front of a fan and your ears feel like someone is constantly slapping them. HOWEVER, when you go around 80+ mph the buffering reduces or if you put your arm out the window and touch the roof then the buffering reduces.
3.) Lane Departure Warning system interference will make your car feel like it's kind of sliding, but you can turn this off.
4.) There is no remote start on this car (I'm pretty sure it doesn't have it).
5.) The electronic dampening system works great, but it's bit louder than other cars, sounds almost like a airlift when you go over something
6.) there is no seat belt holder so if you're short and your seat is all the way up, the seat belt is a pain in the ass to get it.
7.) The horn sounds weird
8.) the fender on the passenger side is not even to the driver side (could be just mine?) but there is a slightly bigger gap.
9.) when you reverse the car, for some reason the only window that points to the floor to see the line is the passenger window, not a big deal though but why though? lol

Any other quirks that the owners have experienced?

Re#1, it will power off when you lock the doors. If you don't lock the doors, default would be to power off after a certain time has passed when the key fob is out of range. BMW has additional options for this on some vehicles, so look in iDrive under vehicle settings. On my X3, I have it set to power off as soon as a door is opened.

Thanks for mentioning #1 I was wondering why the headunit and other electronics werenā€™t completely off when Iā€™d turn the car off.

As far as my quirks,

The parking sensors are pretty sensitive and annoying but I think they can be adjusted right?

The steering feel in normal mode is lighter and more numb compared to what Iā€™m used to (BRZ) but I havenā€™t tried sport mode yet.

Also the horn needs to be mentioned again haha.

I'm pretty sure they can they can be adjusted in the settings.

#3. First thing I disabled in the car. So intrusive.
#4. Most German cars i believe don't have this. Instead Supra comes with Ventilation mode which you can setup from your phone. It only Vents, no A/C or heat...
#6. Had not even realized that, but the seat is one piece as many others pointed out. So with helmet (haven't tried yet) could get in the way.
One thing I find somewhat annoying is, i sit too high even at lowest setting. And lowering button also fiddles with the knee height or whatever its called. Can't say that I'm used to the 14 way seat.
#7. Haven't tried the horn yet. Lol.

I wanted to save hp/torque page to the shortcuts, it doesn't allow it.
Would have liked to see tire pressure around the tacho, not the screen.

So the control that does fwd-back, height, and tilt is a little peculiar. Up/down on one end of the control does height, while up/down on the other end of the control does tilt. If you're using the wrong end you'll only get one of those functions (and it's doubly confusing because tilt will affect height slightly). Keep fiddling with it. I bet you can get it lower if you use the pure height part of the control.

The horn makes me sad. And the car keeps having issues recognizing the key. Doors won't unlock when I pull the handle, nor lock when I touch the sensor

We need a remote start, even if its an option. There is no way I'll buy another vehicle w/o this line item.

Iā€™ve noticed it doesnā€™t work well with my wallet which is RFID blocking.

I've pulled it out of my pocket, and it still won't work. I have to use the buttons on the fob. I may need to go back to toyota, see if there's an issue with the antenna in the remote.

I noticed this too, it's pretty bad. I'm not too worried, because I don't often drive with the windows down, but I was surprised at it.

I turned the sensitivity down on mine. Prior to that, we disagreed about whether I should be crossing the double yellow to make a bit more room for a bicyclist.

Again, glad it's not just me. Short arm problems, I guess.

I just assigned it to one of the numbered buttons (assuming you mean something totally different when you say 'shortcuts').

Numbered buttons is what I meant. I go to the page and press & hold numbered buttons, it says action is not allowed or something like that..

You have to bind the number to the menu option that gets you to the actual sports display. So in this case go to my vehicle, highlight sports displays and then hold the number you want.
