Sometimes I do drive with my windows down, yes. Not on extremely hot days but depending on location, outside temperature and the time of year yes. This has been especially nice when I've gone on mountain road drives in California where the temperature is just right and you can enjoy tackling the turns while the windows are open to the outside.

I'll admit that on the highway at cruising speed I don't usually have my windows down often but sometimes even then there is a reason to and if that is the case I'd hate to experience severe wind buffeting.

Also there are some occasions where it is nice to drive with the windows down between speeds of 40-50mph or so through picturesque places when traveling.

Do a lot of you guys(or people in general) not drive with their windows down ever? Unless its 95*+ or raining I usually have my windows down. I much prefer to feel/smell the air rather than the recirculated AC and I also feel like I'm too isolated/locked up most of the time with the windows up.
Never drive with my windows down. Hate the dirt and dust that gets on the interior.

ichitaka05-- I'm reposting from the Tada-san interviews thread since it's very relevant to this thread of yours:

Tada-san's response is very interesting.

My answer to him of course would be: the 500hp S58 engine would be amazing to offer in the A90 (and I hope he will do that somehow regardless) but if a priority between that and a manual transmission option on the current B58 engine must be chosen right now then 100% I would vote for the manual transmission.

He's already given us a very underrated, very tune-friendly engine. The manual is what is currently missing. And right now there is a window within the regulatory landscape to offer it for several of the A90's future model years.

Manual A90 3.0 B58 as the first priority, please. And of course there is no lack of interest in an A90 variant offering the S58 twin turbo engine. But right now the car is already excellent... except that it is missing a proper traditional three-pedal manual gearbox option.

If they don't realize people drive with the windows down I guess they'd be really shocked to know that we want a Targa also.

Thanks for the article. I can send that article plus the feedback I'm getting here at the same time. I might be one who showed him that article Tada-san was talking bout. lol When he saw that article about no MT. He didn't admit or deny, he just laughed.

I would not expect him to be less than careful with any of his responses given his position ;) But it does sound as if he is testing the waters now and trying to hear feedback from fans and potential buyers on the whole issue of a manual transmission option.

Thank you ichitaka. I hope he will be able to make it happen in addition to the other variants he has planned.

At the same time, we don't want to come on too strong towards Tada san, he's like the curly haired chick at a party

I mean, you're not gonna pressure a guy like him into anything. If he doesn't want something or feels it's nonsensical then it won't happen.

But my comment and the other were due to that analogy of yours, which was interesting...

Also make sure he sees that C&D picked the GT350 over the Supra because the Mustang is "more engaging". How do we make something more engaging? Step 1, manual transmission. :p
