Here, in Austin, it’s gotta be Lime Creek Rd. My friend, who just bought a Cayman S, and I are going to run it as soon as the Porsche dealer finishes some paint correction on it. Can’t wait.

If there are any other Austin or local TX Supra owners who wanna join us, hit me up. (We’re not racing—just enjoying the road and what the cars can do.)

Drove from Rhode island to Montreal over the weekend. Beautiful scenery through New Hampshire and Vermont. Nice straight flat stretches of road through Quebec; I can say I have never driven a car that fast before. Most highway driving I was getting between 35-36 mpg. The Supra is such a fantastic car in so many ways!

I'm in the UK. Picked mine up at the weekend and just drove from Essex (home) to Hereford (work) which was about 200 miles of traffic and rain!
On the plus side, I averaged 30.2mpg which I didn't think was that bad.

I live about 20 min drive from the Old Military Road in Scotland, Evo magazine voted it one of the best driving roads in Europe if I remember right! I know what my weekend plans are!

I am picking my car up in Minnesota, and driving it back to Colorado.
States I will be driving through will be Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska.

Anybody know of any roads, or things I should be seeing on the way back?

Are you coming to the supra bbq this Saturday at clement park in Lakewood? If you get it soon enough you should try and make it.

Also check Facebook for the Rocky Mountain supra owner network.

I live in SoCal. I am near a road called Sunset Drive which is good fun, about 5 min from Live Oak Canyon Road which is also good, 10-15 min from the start of Highway 38 which I follow back down on 330, and around an hour or so from Highway 243 and CA-2 (Angeles Crest Highway).

Whenever I’m in L.A./socal I never pass up taking Mulholland Drive and when time permits, Latigo Canyon as well.

^^ Seconding kona61’s recommendation of the Angeles Crest Highway as well.

Also the road up through the area where Newcomb’s Ranch (diner/eatery) is. Always a fun drive.

Hmmm, well, if you are looking for top speed runs with nobody else around for miles...choose any road in my state (North Dakota)...you can literally drive for 6+ hours without a single turn. ;(

Head south near Mt Rushmore/Sturgis area and there are lots of fun roads.

Awesome road! 318 turns in 11 miles. I've done that road on my Honda Valkyrie. Absolute blast!

When you stop at the store in Deals Gap, you can see the pics of sportbike road rash incidents.

I can tell you where to die a slow death in gridlock traffic in and around DC... (hint- everywhere) Also plenty of residential roads at a heady sustained 30mph...

Seriously though, I’d be interested in hearing from NOVA owners - once my car arrives I need to make a concerted effort to drive it on some nice roads.

In Florida generally there are few true technical roads, this being mostly flatland and of geographical area of very mild and gradual elevation changes.

Though there are a few such roads they are very short drives interspersed with the main boring roads.

Out here I would say the major highway systems in the big cities are as close as it gets. But that also adds in traffic density and safety concerns as compared to nice mountain roads.
