I'd want to keep the valve.

(I'd also like to hear it please!)

We have been hard at work on developing our MAPerformance catback for the A90 Supra these past few weeks. Going off the feedback from our first iteration that we shared with you guys, along with some ideas that we wanted to try out, we feel we have come up with one of the most versatile and exciting new exhausts for this car! We started with a base of 304 stainless steel 3.5” round and Oval to gain the best ground clearance and open up the exhaust for the power potential these cars have on tap. From there we laid out what was the best path and got to work on the layout. The 3.5” flows all the way to the back of the car where it goes right to the tip, and this is where it gets exciting! We designed and fabricated a valve and mount that will incorporate the factory exhaust valve motor so that the whole system will still operate via the “Sport” function button just as factory. When the valve is closed, the system will then give priority to a “split” in the system were we have added a large muffler and 304 Stainless 3” piping to keep the sound down as much as possible.

What we have now is an exhaust that is a win win, when in sport mode the car will have the sound and performance we all crave, but when the valve is closed the car is mild mannered and you would have no idea anything had ever been modified.

We are now working on material options and what all we should offer, the current plans are the 304 Stainless, and Titanium as that should cover a wide range of customers needs, and pricing possibilities. Any other options customers would like us to look into?

Let us know you thoughts, what you love, what you hate! We are excited to see this one come alive!

I think the sound needs tuning in normal mode. It sounds a little ricey to me in normal mode. I personally would prefer a deeper sound. Sport sounds better.
