Decision Time...my Red LE, if you’ve been reading, isn’t here yet so no news there.

But then this happened. I entered a raffle which required a donation to a children’s hospital about a month ago. The winner had the chance to buy a white LE at MSRP, which is what I had originally hoped to get.

I just got a call tonight that the winner declined to buy the car and that I was the next on the list!

I have been getting used to the idea of getting a red LE but I’m most likely going with the white. I’m making my decision my tomorrow. The only downside to the white one is the shipping cost.

Any input?
If you like white I’d jump on it. I’m thinking there are not many options out there for LE at MSRP. White with red caps looks good to me.
As you know I have the red but would have gotten a white.

If you really want the red I’d be in person at the dealer watching them make phone calls to get an answer on your car. Tell them you are going to get the white one if they can’t give you any helpful info on your car. Their Toyota regional rep also should be able to get you an answer on when it will be released. If you are not happy with their lack of info, then If shipping not crazy high I’d get the white imo

So my original car is still lost in the upside down. I’m flying Friday to pick this one up instead. For those that are still waiting I wish the Supra gods smile upon you soon.

Did you end up getting the one in Indiana?

Getting the white LE! If there was no one behind me for my original red car I will let all of you know. It will be available at MSRP from this dealer.

I am #1 on this registry list. The status of my car is still unknown. Over the weekend, I secured an identical Absolute Zero LE. The dealer was awesome. The car should be delivered to me this Wednesday, or Thursday, via covered truck. It will be LE #647. I calculated my original car to be roughly #296, and I am happy this one was built a few hundred units later, from a quality perspective.

They scrambled/randomized the LE numbers, so there isn't any correspondence between the plaque number and the build order. VINs would be the real indication of the build order, if you can compare those.

Original VIN #21463 versus new VIN #21930. I agree with you on the randomly assigned LE number. But, the higher VIN number gives me a little more comfort. Time will tell!

My vin jumped from 21573 to 23404. I ended up with 1469 (dam cool number if you ask me lol) and my guess is that the original was in the low 200s. But yeah prefer the later built as well.

Mine arrived in Princeton September 28th with no delivery date now. There is an open service recall for all 2020 Supras. Other than seatbelt and dash deal didn’t know what it could be. Anyone with anymore news. Looking like Christmas lol before I may actually get it.

I may have missed it in prior posts, but is there a way to track a vehicle's location if you have the VIN #?
