Does the exhaust flap (visible in RHS tailpipe) close in comfort mode?

In AU models... it's open all the time! Except for cold start.

Thank you! Yes, the valve closes in Normal Mode and opens in Sport Mode. We're putting on the rest of the exhaust next and will utilize the valves for the active exhaust. And wow, how strict are your exhaust noise laws if any?

They are fairly strict (90dB) - so perhaps with the valve open it's still not as loud as the US spec - although all the components appear the same....
