We've got a bunch of options when it comes to aFe products. We've got downpipes--catless or catted, catbacks--stainless, burnt, black, or carbon tips, charge pipes--black or red, intakes--dry or oiled, and sway bars--front and rear!

All aFe components mount directly to factory mounting locations and includes hardware for a hassle-free installation. aFe utilizes machined, factory style flanges, used for a secure leak-free seal for their exhaust components. These catbacks and downpipes are 100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. They are constructed of brushed 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking. The downpipe will include an additional bung for either a wide-band O2 gauge or auxiliary instrumentation. The charge pipe would replace the A90's restrictive plastic intercooler piping with aFe's BladeRunner free-flowing, heat-resistant aluminum charge pipe.

Manufacturers or retailers? Just verifying. I'm assuming you're talking about the US Government EPA and not the state government EPA entities. How so? I'm not challenging you on this at all, I'm genuinely curious. Is there a legal framework under which they are threatening fines of some sort? It's not illegal to produce these parts as a manufacturer. They are still perfectly legal for off road use.

The US EPA is fining manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers that sell any catless products.
