Titan Motorsports ProTune is being used on many MKV's on the market right now with great results. However there is no app to datalog and so forth. Currently on sale for $539.

We also sell JB4's. Happy to help if you have any other questions.

Any updates or is JB4 still the way to go?

The Jb4 is still the best option in my opinion
How is the jb4 and other piggybacks for track use? Do they have issues when you're flogging the car multiple laps such as throttle closures etc? What about an Autocross session? I haven't seen much feedback on this as I know a flash tune is more reliable for track use other than stock tune.

I had JB4 & pure turbo upgrade in my previous BMW M2 for two years and no issues with 520whp .

It is a good option if you want go with piggyback, however, if you want fully customized tune & ultimate power benefits ECUtek is the the answer .

I dont understand the logic. Why would a flash tune be better for track use?

Higher boost result in higher temps, the tune used does not make a difference. I recommend upgrading to the CSF heat exchanger for track use (with any tune)

Ah yes of course, I agree. More boost more heat. So tackling cooling is first and foremost. If I'm tracking the car I'll need extra cooling for the extra boost.

I approached that tune question incorrectly lol. But is JB4 reliable with track use?

I'm considering upping the boost 4-6 psi. I'm not adept with engine tuning, but with a larger cooling capacity, does the ECU maintain the operating temps no matter what? Wouldn't want to see an over cooling issue.
