Good afternoon everyone. I'm new to the Forum and don't own a Supra, but have been looking at it wondering what could be changed aesthetically on it to make me like it more. So I started fiddling around in Photoshop and these are what I came up with. My main focus was on simplifying the design and minimizing the unnecessary "fussiness" of the design I was seeing. However, once I got into it and really liking where it was going, I realized what it was now reminding me of... one of my favorite cars of all time... ironically known for it's excessive design "fussiness". LOL. So I tossed in a version where I merged it with elements from the TVR Sagaris. Check it out. Hope you all enjoy.

Also tried to take the Supra Sagaris and translate it to the white and red commemorative version, but it's not perfect. Hard to skew the red bodywork back to white. But still looks pretty neat. Also did a version w/o the "snout" nose. Really liking the simplified front end on this. I think if it rolled off the showroom floor looking more like this AND packing about 450 hp from the factory (meaning, you don't have to void your warranty to get horsepower competitive with its modern peers), I think they'd be selling like hotcakes.

I saw a webpage from a few years ago accusing TVR of "copying" the Supra Concept car... and in reality, I think that accusation should be reversed. https://www.carthrottle.com/post/qee3rk2/

The more I look at the car, even elements of the rear, the more it indicates they were referencing TVR in the Supra's design language. Unfortunately, in order to make it less obvious that this was the case, they just made it "extra fussy" and didn't know when to stop with all the bits and pieces. Even Toyota's entry level sedans show signs of overworked design. Someone needs to start "editing" around there.

Enjoy.

Stock headlights and inlet, improved front fascia and no "snout". Starting to actually look a bit like a Viper. However, I feel like this is revealing how disproportionately sized these headlights are, as well as their awkward location.
