MKV Supra runs at drag strip

I ran my MKV Supra at our local drag strip here in Chandler, AZ a few times. Here is a video link of me running 12.1@115mph. The set-up at that time was:

Titan Motorsports Down Pipe
HKS drop in filter
Toyo R888R on OEM wheels
No Tune!



After installing the Titan Motorsports Protune (piggy) running on map 7 (100 octane)
Changed OEM wheels out to Gram Lights 57CR on same Toyo R888R
I ran a best of 11.6@120mph

The A90 platform is strong and responds well to mods.

All I want to know is that did you beat the mustang?

Any CEL with the Protune and DP?

Yes CEL did come on and after initial drive. After a scan it's simply the 02 spacing. Not an issue though. Car drives great no issues. I'm waiting on Ecutek to release their tune. If you run BM3 or MHD with catless DP there is a feature on both of those to remove CEL light, as I'm sure Ecutek will also have the same feature among many others not available on BM3 or MHD.

I will be putting the car on a Mustang dyno this Friday and will post the results when done.

I was not able to. The shop that scheduled the dyno cancelled on us the night before. However, I have since switched from the piggyback to an MHD custom tune by Wedge Performance. I'm currently running a custom map on 100 octane and it's amazing.

This is awesome to see!

So I am definitely thinking I will be able to hit 11.5-11.8 in the 1/4 mile with my FI turbo-back, intake, and stage 2 tune on 93.
