Workshop/Service Manual?

I saw someone post a guide for the engine oil change that included pics from what looks like the workshop manual for this car. Is there anywhere to download the full thing? Or is it on the stupid BMW system where you have to install their terrible software and use that to browse the service manual?

if you actually read my post on this- its a Toyota thing. you need to buy a subscription to the techinfo stream site where you can spend the 7+ hours downloading in XPS format or if you have a PDF converter you can download as PDF. One way or another you will need to do some work to get it.

Ah nice, thanks for that! I didn't find that post before as its in the Wheels/Tires section.

Funnily enough I actually asked my local Toyota dealership if there was any online service like this and they said no. Told me I'd have to ring them up whenever I wanted to know the torque specs for any bolts etc.

okee doke, i looked over one of these. It is not clear to me from reviewing the doc that a person could even change the brakes pads without having access to diagnose software. For example, something called the cbs cde may need changed. Also compressed area is used to move the caliber.

Can basic maintenance be done by a diy using hand tools?

Any way you still have this file to host over Google drive or an alternate shared storage? Gofile looks like they've been trying to migrate their servers for a week saying it'll be done in a few hours, or they no longer exist as a file sharing service.
