I was wondering if anyone is running this? Thinking of pulling the trigger.

Man they must have raised their price. When I first saw them they wanted $3200 for the kit. Now their quoting me $4700. Still thinking about it. If anyone has the setup, let me know what you think.

A lot of negative reviews on the quality and experiences with this brand. It’s crazy cause I liked the look but the prices for forged Carbon is ridiculous. Just the diffuser alone is like 3200. Also, negative reviews about customer service.

No direct personal experience here either, but, I've not heard anything good about the brand. Based on that I'll likely go with Seibon.

I know this is a 2 year old thread necro, but I figured it's the best place for anyone searching.

I had the Fly1 carbon rear diffuser installed recently, and the shop pointed out a handful of issues that I overlooked when I ordered it and took delivery.

  • Fitment when looking from the rear is good, however on the sides where the fins are, the fitment is not flush. The shop was able to clean it up a little bit with some finessing, but there are still small gaps where the fins are supposed to sit flush. Not very noticeable from a distance nor from a rearward angle, and it doesn't look terrible, but to the trained eye it will be visible.
  • There aren't holes cut for the rear parking sensors, you will have to cut two holes out for them. If you cover them up, the sensors will probably be constantly yelling at you, and if you remove the sensors you'll have to deal with warnings on your dash. The shop did this for me and I am happy with out how it turned out, just note that it will never be as flush as the OEM rear diffuser.
  • There is a hole cut for the tow hook, but it doesn't come with a tow hook cover, so I had to use my OEM one. Or install a tow hook, I guess. The cover doesn't fit as nicely in the Fly1 rear diffuser either, but it is secure.
  • The cutout for the reverse lights was slightly smaller than OEM, and the shop had to do a little bit of filing/cutting to get good fitment there.
  • The carbon fiber weave looks okay, although there are areas around the curves of the diffuser where it looks a little darker than the rest, giving a sort of smoky look. Compared to something like the Seibon OEM-style rear diffuser (which was on another Supra in the shop), it doesn't look as clean.
These are issues worth mentioning since I paid about $1900 for this part. The Seibon rear diffusers run around $1300 and look much better, with better fitment as well. If the Fly1 rear diffuser was a thousand dollars cheaper, it would be more understandable, but the price is not in line with the quality/fitment.

I'm okay with how it looks for now, though I am considering switching it out to the Seibon one in the future. If it matches the Voltex CF wing I'm getting in a few months, I may keep it, but I have my doubts now.

tl;dr - I do not recommend getting the Fly1 rear diffuser, the price is absolutely not worth the fitment and minor quality issues.
