Unacceptable. It took me a bit under 3 months without a lawyer involved. Get a lawyer if you haven't and visit your dealer. I think my case went faster after I spoke to the dealer sales general manager.

I'm trying to stay on top of the Toyota Dealership messages! Hopefully we can catch recalls a lot faster!

Just out of curiosity, did you have a recalled A90 and Toyota was able to successfully fix your recalled headlight issue?

I personally did not suffer this issue. I have access to my local dealerships service account so I can see what recalls are popping up before they become widespread.
