Reading through the list of what's included. They aren't going to provide any solution for the exhaust it seems.

I feel like this kit is about 60% to perfect. I hope they sell the side view mirror separate. :drive:

Good effort. Though the front bumper looks so thick. Sides and mid could be less bulky.

Also, 2 things I remember why FT1 didn't make it. 1) Frontal passenger impact 2) Cooling!
That big ass frontal structure is blocking the air flow.

Yeah, maybe with a completely different heat exchange setup. By the time you modify most of the engine bay for it to work properly, the price of the kit (which I assume would be ridiculous as-is) would be a rounding error! Great idea though, and would be fine on a trailer-queen show car I suppose.

They’re going to be some mad puppies when they put the first kit on a car and realize none of that works with the sensors and throws the cars electronics for a major loop.
Going to have to get a custom exhaust as well.

So why do some photos show BMW mirrors and others have ones from the FT1? :what: :hmm:

So long as they provision for the parking sensors and the front bumper radar system, then they should be golden. In the renders, they haven't but I'm assuming they're smart enough to make sure that they do for a final product.

It's one thing to make renders though, let's see if they can actually manufacture this without needing an insane amount of work at the body shop to fix gaps and other issues.

I think someone just got lazy with the photoshop. The list of parts does not say anything about mirrors. For almost $10k you're still gonna be stuck with those huge ugly ones from BMW.

I think what we got from Toyota looks pretty good. IMO, for those that are wanting to make their cars look more like the FT1 someone just needs to release a see through hood, wing, and pedestal mirrors.
