Good Afternoon Querubines!

I"ve tried to investigate about this process, easiest way to execute (Phone vs. Laptop) it and havent achieve success. I will need a OTS 2nd stage DP/ 93 octane tune, but dont know if I will be able to perform this task flawlessly and without needing support from a Tuner/Dyno session.

Someone please be kind and explain to be about this process.

God Bless!!

Did you already purchase the license and either the
  1. ENET cable and downloaded the software to your laptop
  2. or if you got the BM3 OBD Agent, you can download the bm3 app and use your phone
If you did these, process is really straight forward..
Let us know where you're currently at.

I havent purchased or downloaded anything, so far, I have a Catless DP intalled, but only have 312 miles on the odometer, so Im soaking myself in knowledge, so I can make an educated purchase. Im almost 100% sure Im going to go with the BM3 , for various reasons, including reversibility, CEL deletion and most important an OTS 2nd stage map, as thats were my engine mods will stay for sometime. I have a Samsung Note 10S and an HP laptop, not really savy into PC programming, dont know if I need to be either, I just dont want to end up with a cutom tune, tunner etc, I will probably take it to a dyno for 1 pass, so I know where I stand, but thats about it brotha.
Kindly please advise!

Then, just go to BM3 website, buy license, buy OBD ENET cable. download software to laptop
No programming needed.

Few FAQ, tips, etc...

It says in the website somewhere, but I'll reiterate:
1) take full DME backup with the software first. It takes about 40 mins!
2) Hence, ensure your car battery has enough juice and advised to hook it up to charger

After DME, tunes take about 2-3 mins. and Setting changes take few seconds.
Don't freak out, don't fiddle around with the car stereo, doors, iDrive, etc..
Patiently wait for all prompts on your laptop to finish. even wait a minute afterwards as it clears out error messages.

Is there a way if we can change the BMW chime to the Toyota chime sound for the Supra?
