Just watched the video on facebook so b48 @ 217 whp / 225 tq vs MY20 @ 346 whp / 370 tq? So instead of underrated this year they just went with actual numbers?

Maybe that could mean 3.0 my21 is actually 382 hp. So 2020 and 2021 could be the same lol

Well, I hope For DannyV’s sake, it’s not under rated bc he will be crying like a baby... lmao
Why would I be crying if my car made more horsepower than advertised??

You're not the sharpest tool in the shed huh?

not entirely sure on this one. If you check the dynos for the 2020 z4 with the same motor as the MY21 this the below. Yes i know the dyno result is posted from Jalopnik but there were others from Motor1 and other sites that seemed to match. Dyno seems to be inline with 382 hp converted to WHP, but the TQ is way higher than advertised.

I think this is what your referring to...

There’s no way that’s remotely accurate if the car is supposed to hit 5.0s 0-60
still waiting for a second dyno video. This was the first i've seen. and i think they only did one pass? Also not sure if car was hard driven before it got on the dyno? Could account for some heat soak?

I believe this is user error. Even the torque curve is 1000 rpm off from what it should be.

It sounds like they did a few runs & picked the best one ?
