Yes the GR Badge is just peel and stick. Warm it up with a heat gun or leave it out in the sun for awhile. You can use some dental floss and it should take it right off. You might have a little residue left on the paint which should clean up easily.

Very easy to remove ----- just use dental floss to cut through the adhesive backing

Can't. Those are the standard colors for a U.S. Navy Submarine Service license plate.

I have front plate in a demo license plate holder under passenger seat. If I need to I can put it on dash.
