Black square on upper drivers side of windshield?

Does anybody know what this thing is, and if i can remove it? Thanks! I can post a pic later if you need reference, it’s on the inside of the front windshield

My windshield is clean in the upper left corner. Post up a pic of what you're referring to.

yes i remember that square i had it on my car as well when i first bought it, not sure what it was but i called the dealer and asked them and they said its fine to remove.

Looks like an NFC tracking tag. Probably left over from delivery. Mine doesn't have one...never seen one on any of the cars at the dealer either. I'd say safe to remove.

Never had this on my car. In fact, I've had my building's parking sticker there since day 1.

Yeah it was supposed to be taken off at delivery

My window tint guy pulled it off when he tinted the windshield, it does nothing for us.
