i have done both front and back. whats your issue? The saving grace for me was having a plastic squeegee / card handy to place in a small space you create to pull down and take the bondo off. Im not sure I would have been successful without it....at least it would have taken me forever and my fingers would have been killing me lol

Front or back. I did the front
Thanks. I'm trying to replace the front. Using the heat-gun, however, didn't release the glue on the OE reflectors. I'll admit I was careful (maybe too careful?) so as not to over-heat as I got a bit concerned about the body paint in the immediate area. It got plenty hot...at least to touch...but the bondo didn't want to budge.

So did you "bake" them with the gun? I do have a couple of plastic squeegees but I couldn't get the bondo to release enough to use them. Its starting to sound like I may have been too cautious.

yup your being a little too cautious. Now to be fair if you get too close to the paint you will burn some of it. What i did was actually i used painters tape and heated up around it so not to burn the paint. and then also heated up from the back of the bumper which took a bit of work angling the heat gun in. after heating for a couple minutes i was able slide a plastic pry tool in and start bending the glue and reflector. It actually took quite a bit of force and i was a little worried i would scratch the heated paint but it came out ok

I'll take your advice and try again...using the blue tape around each reflector (hopefully paint protection). Heating the backside never occurred to me and yet I do see the difficulty of getting heat directed in there.

I really appreciate your shared experience. Thanks again.

Drove it, something hit the hood that cut through the film and damaged the paint. *sad face*

This paint is so soft. Got my lip professionally installed they ended up scratching the paint. Possible repaint of the bumper

my yellow supra is so prone to paint chips from rocks, i got 1 paint chip and decided to clearbra whole car and also install exoshield on my winndshield. best investment so far. now i drive even to gravel roads and no mountain drive with no more rock chips.

Yep, they used shitty glass and soft paint. Guess we didn't pay enough money for the good stuff.

It's very clear that tedan628 has a financial interest in this company. There are many gypsies on these forums of new cars. They will never guarantee no rock damage. Beware !!!
