Anyone have good recommendations for a floor jack and torque wrench that doesn’t break the bank to install wheel spacers? I don’t do a lot of car work so I don’t need the best of the best. Just something decent to get the job done.

Just walk into an Autozone or Advance Auto, they'll have both.

Not in the US, but just a quick warning to get a low profile jack and a wheel chock (preferably 2). Clearance for the front jack point is quite low even on stock height. Otherwise, use the plastic "safety stand" points, but you need a thick cloth or a BMW jack adapter if you don't want to warp the plastic adapters.

If the jacking spots are anything like the BMW's you need a hockey puck on your floor jack to ensure the little plastic spots don't crack. They make magnet discs but they cost around $100. I just use hockey puck for jacking my M4.

My new 4 ton jack from harbor freight.
Hockey puck for the jack points from Amazon. Works perfect for the A90.
This car is super low from the factory already. Low profile Jack barely clear the Oem sideskirts. My other jack wouldn’t clear.

You mean lowered A90’s? Yes I would. There is still enough clearance for alittle dropped. If not, you can drive onto a phone book. Lol

If anyone is looking for a new jack, I just picked up one from Northern Tool for a good price (normally $180). Sale price $150 + online code for another $30 off. Gets you down to $120. She's definitely beefy! Plus has a super high max lift of 21" if you needed to use it on a SUV or truck too.
