New here. I took delivery of my 2020 3.0 Premium on Friday (2 days ago). After about 200 miles, the Nav screen, audio, camera display all stopped working. If the car sits for a while, the screen works for a minute or 2 at next re-start, but then shuts off. After searching BMW forums, I found holding audio power button down for 30 seconds to reboot might help. Tried that, screen comes back for about 20-30 seconds then shuts down again. Everything else on the car seems to work fine, no issues driving. Just missing all functions related to nav, audio and camera display. Anything simple that anyone can suggest? Will schedule an appointment with dealer.

I have an update to share. Appointment at dealer is scheduled on Monday. But today, my nav screen suddenly started working (including audio and all camera screens) and stayed working for 2 full 45 minute trips and didn't work for 2 trips. On the trips where it didn't work, I started the car at my house, which is remote and has very spotty cell coverage. On the trips where it did work, I was in civilization with really good cell service. Is this system meant to work only when cell service is good? Or does it just need re-initialization like kurumi suggested? Will share what I find out at the dealer.

Edit - just adding that when the system worked today, it is flawless. Doesn't seem like anything broken, just doesn't work when I start the car at home.

No, the system should work no matter what the cell service is like.
