hey, I am just wondering what will be the differences between stock supra vs stage 2 OTS map, not custom cuz I know the custom tunes is much faster.
so what cars that the stage 2 supra can keep up or even defeat? lol just curious about the street performance with stage 2

Now I am moving to Ecutek and have 285 Toyos R888R in the back, I hope for 11.3 @ 126 mph, something like that.

As reference:

My ex Mustang 18 GT Manual did 13.1 @ 114mph
My ex Stinger GT did 13.1 @ 108 mph
Friend's 440i Stock 13.5 @ 106 mph
My ex RSX Type Slow 15.1 @ 87 mph

LOL I knew this wasn't a deja vu, I remembered replying to the same question a few weeks back!

with bootmod3 I think I will go with a custom map and that will help to improve the numbers, also wondering have you street race with your stage 2 bootmod3 with any cars? lol just wondering , also I'm now on stage 2 ots map and so far the power is pretty good for an ots I have been able to beat an 18 mustang 10 speeds and an m2 and also stock m4 lol

Just two times, it was an S4 when the Supra was Stock, was from a roll and I was ahead by a car length. The second was a shinny i8 and it was CRUSHED, poor owner with this $180k space ship.

Are you running E30 or regular 91/93? I felt the E30 OTS map too jerky.

With an OTS stage 2 with just DP and intake I was able to take on
- Mustang 5.0
- Golf R stage 3
- S3 stage 2
- Challenger Hellcat
- Subaru STI stage 2
- BMW M3
and more ..

some races with the mentioned cars were neck 'n' neck but if you add on more mods or go with custom tuning I believe it will be much easier

I will just say don't be afraid to race any car you see on the street not matter how intimidating they might seem you would be surprised lol, the supra is really impressive with a stage 2 tune

Agreed, seems to be on par with a 991 Carrera S 911 or even a bit faster.

Note aside, in order to migrate to Ecutek, I had to put the Stock DME again, and whoah, you get spoiled with the tunes, the car felt SLOW and more over, limited, you can even tell the turbo spool is slower (14 psi vs 22 psi).

am running normal 91 pump gas so far it feels smooth but indeed want to go with a custom tune and work from there

Hi everyone. So Iā€™m gonna run a buddy this Saturday from a roll at a local track. He has a bone stock hellcat redeye, or pink eye something like that. I have a 2020 thatā€™s catless, pure800, running e30 tuned with an ecutek. Do you guys this thatā€™s enough to keep up from a roll?

I'm curious, are you guys leaving it in auto or switching to manual mode when straight line racing?

Unless you weigh 200+ lbs more than he does... you've got him by nearly a half-ton on the weight side - so I'd guess as long as you're over ~525HP you might even gap him decently. In any case, I don't think you have too much to worry about... unless it's him not being able to stop all of that mass at the end. ?

Just realized this was from a roll... so still a factor but once he's managed to get all 2.16 tons of that beast rolling it won't be quite as much of a factor. Maybe do it on a section with a curve... then you're guaranteed to beat him! LOL

Got the chance to run one of those from a 100 roll. All bad as expected. Like I was standing still. My car is bone stock in the HP department though.

Yeah... in a 1/4 mile you might have the jump for a second or two while they're fighting for grip... but by 90 mph you'd have lost that and more. It's cool though, if you do a full lap on almost any track it would be more of a toss-up... unless it's an oval that is. ;)
