At some point I would love to get the TRD spoiler to match the CF mirrors, wheel spacers, catted down pipe but have a few priorities ahead of my wish list.

Got the Alignment done today, Stock had lots of toe in front and toe out in the rear (both sides were way off) uneven camber in the front -1.60 L and -2.20 R (cant adjust those) Ended up .2 total front toe .2 rear toe -1.60 LF Camber -2.25 RF Camber and -2.0 camber rear L and R. So less front toe in and more rear toe and camber more or less the same.

Thanks for the update George. I really appreciate that. I’m not really knowledgeable on the alignment details, but that does seem a bit off. How did the rear-end seem on your way home? More stable? I doubt I’ll be on the track again with this car, but do you think I would notice a stability improvement with spirited street driving?

I could not really tell driving home since I was on 66 at the speed limit, I am certain it will be better for spirited driving. Its a crap shoot on what alignment the factory spits out but the accepted range is pretty wide. I will get some driving in over the weekend and report back.

That sounds great. Looking forward to your update. Also, I’d be curious how your experience with PTuning was. Years back I took my 86 Starion there (remember those?) and they seemed unfamiliar and a bit uncomfortable. So I went elsewhere. But recently a buddy took his 88 Starion there and they did a terrific job. Enjoy your 4th!

Ptuning has always treated me good, they have done a number of alignments for me over the years. They have done a few Supra's already.

Hi Folks,

Went on a test drive at the weekend and ordered a new "pro" spec Ice Grey Supra. Toyota UK has some stock hanging around so I'm hoping to pick it up in a couple of weeks.

I've had five 3.0l straight six BMW Z4s in the past, mostly the last gen (E89 for those int he know) metal roof version. The new Z4 doesn't really do it for me and i kinda see the Supra as a a different take on the Z4 coupe. It's actually the BMW bits that made me decide on buying the Supra.

I was originally going to buy a 2014 R8, but I decided I didn't want another old(ish) car on the driveway. I've got a 2014 Range Rover that loves constant visits to the garage. Plus only the V8 was in budget and what's the point in that.

Past cars include a couple of 911s, a Panamera, a 944 track car, an S2000 and an F430. I've also got a couple of motorbikes (Triumph Speed Tripe RS and Ducati XDiavel) for sunny days.

Already found some really useful info on the forum. I look forward to being able to contribute at some point.

Cheers

Pav

Good to see a community dedicated to this specific platform. Seems like the other supra forums shun us, but their loss. In my opinion, the MKV Supra would have never made it off the drawing board if there wasn't a collab.
