No and not for this product cycle. Maybe when the next gen Supra will get Apple Car Key support.

Haven’t seen this discussed yet, do you guys think we will be able to use our phones and watches to unlock our supras with the new iOS 14 feature?

edit - looks like it uses NFC, idk if the Supras are equipped with NFC readers in the door handle
The new 5 Series hitting dealers this month is the one and only vehicle that works now. Apparently they’re trying to get other manufacturers on board with a “standard”.

One of my friends started to say something about risk etc... I have 20+ years in cyber security... I told him that anyone can break into a car with a rock and that trying to circumvent this system would be one of the hardest ways to break into/steal it. Cars have had gaping unfixed technology vulnerabilities for as long as there’s been technology in them. Bottom line, make sure you’ve given your money to a company who will patch the issues, because there will inevitably be some.
