Any side affects of disabling ASD with Bimmercode?

I just finished my first round of coding on my 2021. This is my first I-drive experience. =)
I decided to leave the ASD enabled for now till I get some feedback. Has anyone had ANY kind of side affects after disabling ASD? I remember reading a while back, some M2 guys were having some sort of issue/'s with disabling it via BC and needed some sort of adapter..

Things I changed :

1. Auto Start/Stop feature
2. Warning chime
3. Start up animation to M / chime to Rolls Royce
4. Rear view camera disable units / 40% tilt on reverse
5. Screen Brightness 100% day/night
6. disabled the seatbelt chime
7. start in Sport mode (might revert back. Test phase lol)
8. video in motion

Didn't have any issue. Tried once. Reverted. Did it again. No issues.
LE owner here. Can't speak for later ECUs

First thing I did. No issues here other than way happier to get rid of it.

What does ASD mean?

Active sound design. Plays a low frequency noise through the speakers as engine noise

It's shit and sounds way better turned off.

Zero side affects. Engine and gearchanges sound cleaner, as does the stereo

Zero issues here & car sounds so much more natural

I've had ASD disabled for 7 months now with no issues....

ASD Operation:

Disabled mine this week. Best thing I’ve done to the car!

No issues with any changes including ASD.. very impressed with how easy and well bimmercode works

Another option to consider which doesn't require using Bimmercode...

You can also remove the plug from the ASD module to disable it which doesn't require any coding at all...This only takes 15 min to remove 2 panels, unplug the ASD module, and reinstall panels...

When I used Bimmercode to disable ASD, I got a CEL Error: #101F01. Went away after I reverted the change.

I found disabling ASD thought Bimmerlink preferred.
