INSANE WIND NOISE REDUCTION
Just recently gave the Supra some side mirror treatment with Polarized Mirrors by REXSPEED & Autotechnik (BMW STYLE) Carbon Fiber Cap Replacements.
Super easy install, but with the first version of the REXSPEED mirrors, you are getting rid of the blind spot caution light.
This reduces wind noise in the cabin at high speeds when the windows are down.

Do you know if the mirror swap is necessary (size/shape) or is it just to gain polarized surfaces?

Not a bad price compared to OEM...
