I drove to Brunswick dealership today to get the car fixed, and after 10-15 minutes of getting the car checked in, they told me that the Supra tech is sick and wont be in until next Monday. No problem, I understand. I went to the parts desk and paid for the parts so I had them in my possession. The parts guy then says, "oh ya that's right Zach is on vacation." Problem. So nobody called me to cancel the appointment (obviously), and then the service representative lied to me and said he was sick to hide the error. No manager came to speak to me. Not a great experience.

I'm at Bedford Toyota now, and they're going to look at it and give me their estimate, and said they could fix today or tomorrow. They said they have 2 techs that work on the supras. I'm going to clarify their training. So far a better experience, but I've just dealt with the one service representative. We'll see if they remember that I asked to see the car on the lift with the tech..

Bedford was better - Malone the service representative was more attentive and helpful. They did the estimate same day, and did the install the next day. Malone said he put his best tech on the job (can't remember his name now), and that they generally have 2 techs who service the Supras.

For the cons they quoted me 1.5 hours more labor (6 hours total.. for a strut and a knuckle). They would not price match the 4 hours Brunswick quoted me, but they brought the price down to the equivalent of ~0.75 hours more than Brunswick.

I asked to see the car on the lift with the tech. I got half of that. Malone took me back to see the car on the lift, but the tech had already left for the day. The damage was so minor you couldn't see anything. So we were just looking at what looked like a normal suspension. I swear dealership techs are absolutely terrified of customer interaction ugggh.

Last con - tech would not discuss the alignment setting with me prior to doing it. Malone said the technician said he can only set it to factory settings. I understand, I said, but there is a fairly large range of normal settings. The alignment seems fine, although the numbers aren't PERFECTLY symmetrical side to side, which annoys me. I still get the nervousness/potential bump steer in the rear that's been discussed on these forums that make me uneasy with full throttle on corner exit. Next year when I get wheels/tires/springs I think I will take it to The Alignment Shop in Tallmadge.

My advice: if you have a non-warranty issue (ie. you're dumbass and clip a curb uggh), take it to the dealership for your free quote. Ask for part numbers, buy them yourself, and then have a trusted independent shop install.

I'm hoping there is a download software suspension update that can improve 2020 oversteer/bump steer.

Just got my car back from https://www.rltuning.com/, and this thing rips on the ethanol map. I'm running 305-45r17 MT ET Street SS and it's still a handful until the tires get some heat in them.

Attached is a youtube video of the final pull, included at the end of the video is the dyno sheet comparing stock baseline numbers to the final product on e45.

How was their customer service? I reached out to them and heard nothing back.. They're about an hour drive from me and need a fine tune on meth/pure800 running e50.

Customer service was fantastic!

I reached out to the owner and he said they sent you an email requesting a complete mod list so they can assist you further.

check your email, it may be in your junk mail folder.

My daughter spotted a Supra at the Bath Post office. Nice license plate!

I didn't see any other A90s at the Big 3 event on Saturday, but we finally got a 10 second pass! (left lane)

This is with a TItan DP, STM intake and Visconti flex fuel kit (e45) all tuned by Redline Tuning in Columbia Station.

While it may not be the quickest/fastest A90 around, I'm very much impressed with what it can do with such little investment.

The journey to 9s commences.

Ordered A91 edition Supra
Just found this section lol. I'm in the Strongsville area. Picked up my A91 last week. I've seen a white one in Brunswick a couple times.

Welcome! The white one may have been me, I've been out that way quite a bit recently
