  1. Shattered gas pedal: This is what happens, kids, when you take on a CTS-V

Well, it was a CTS-V and I didn’t want to get gapped too bad😂
  2. Shattered gas pedal: This is what happens, kids, when you take on a CTS-V

So I busted my gas pedal, what is more technically known as a travel sensor pedal. Roll-raced a CTS-V, and something didn’t feel right:oops: Replaced it today after ordering from the good people at Dick Dyer Toyota. Part Number Part Name Price Quantity Total 78101-WAA02 Pedal Travel Sen

  4. Breaking an entire supra SZR

How much for the pedal travel sensor? Part Number 78101-WAA01
  5. Juuuuust curious if anyone is interested to meet this sunday, 4/4/2021.

The good thing about getting the shot is that your cell phone reception will increase significantly.
  6. What did you do to your Supra today?

Nice. Get the red Verus caps and you’ll be good to go.
  7. Front seats hitting the aluminum bar

More like 850. I should mention that I had a full tank of gas— that extra weight made the difference😬
  8. Front seats hitting the aluminum bar

True story: today I was at a light with my wife in the passenger seat, and she’s bigger than I am, anyway, a teenager in his BRZ calls me out. The light turns and we got smoked. We’re both going on a diet, effective immediately!
  9. Front seats hitting the aluminum bar

Many people are like, “Dude, you can’t be that fat to sit inside the Supra.” They would be wrong: I have an e50 custom tune with a catless DP just to make stock numbers given the drag I put on the car.
  10. Front seats hitting the aluminum bar

I’m 6’2” and fat as fuck. I still have plenty of room in relation to the brace. But that could be because my legs are like 2 feet long.:hmm:
  11. Introducing the AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake for the '20 GR Supra. Available now.

Thanks for detailed pre-install review. Looks like it’s a no-go for me given the mods I already have including resonator delete & Verus heat shield.
  12. Say Adios to your modifications

Right, but the point is you don’t want the EPA defining what is “race-use-only” or “off-road only.”
  13. Say Adios to your modifications

Among the laughable lines here, one stands out: “It has paid well.” Hahaha. Priceless.
  14. Say Adios to your modifications

Everything hinges on that adverb “primarily,” doesn’t it? I recommend reading the proposed RPM Act before cutting and pasting meaningless EPA messaging. Most of us on this forum didn’t buy the Supra “exclusively for racing.” And I gather from your amateurish pictures at a recent car meet that...

Why not support the RPM Act? It would also prevent the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from creating a vehicle or racing parts registry or database. Yeah, I’m sure we all want to be on a database for ordering a part from x-ph or MA Performance or Vivid or Verus or the many other places...
  16. Say Adios to your modifications

From one of my senators: Thank you for contacting me regarding the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports (RPM) Act of 2019 (S. 2602; 116th Congress). Input from fellow Texans significantly informs my decision-making and empowers me to better represent the state. As you may know, the Obama...
  17. Introducing the AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake for the '20 GR Supra. Available now.

Thanks for the future report. If the Verus is incompatible, it’s a no-go for me.
  18. Say Adios to your modifications

You are right; it is hyperbole, much of which comes from deep passion for cars. It is understandable in that sense. There are, though, Tadda, real human costs for the forced-march quality that “progress”—in this case, environmental—sometimes has. There is, in other words, a human and moral...
  19. Say Adios to your modifications

Sorry, I added a bit above to what you quote. Illinois is a case in point: in Chicago, 7 regional oil companies teamed up with GM, the Environmental Defense Fund, and the IL EPA to create a state-wide program for the destruction of 75k vehicles per year. These programs dictated that no parts be...
