Your camber plate looks a bit closer to the chassis than mine, I was able to angle the ball-end wrench against the side of the tower and into the head of the bolt pretty easily. Your's may be too close, I would unbolt the top of the strut and let it drop down a bit until you can reach the bolts.

Thank you! For anyone curious, this worked great. An $8 set of long ball-end sockets from harbor freight and an $11 magnetic leveler from amazon and I can adjust camber pretty effectively. I don't even need to drop the strut or take my wheel off.
